V-Day
I am participating in V-Day Austin’s 2012 production of The Vagina Monologues and the Spanish V-Day’s Los Monologos de la Vagina.
We will be donating the profits to SafePlace, a non-profit organization working with survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence by providing services focused on safety, healing, prevention and social change. The Spanish production is donating proceeds to Latinitas, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young Latinas through media and technology.
Our benefit shows will be held at 29th Street Ballroom, 2906 Fruth St., Austin, 78705 on Friday, March 2, 2012, Friday, March 9, 2012 and Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 7PM each day, with live music starting at 6PM.
And the Spanish benefit shows are at the Metropolitan Community Church on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 8PM and Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 2PM and 8PM.

3rd Annual Art with Heart Benefit
I am participating in the 3rd annual Art with Heart Benefit, sponsored by Empower Art, which provides workshops for at-risk youth. A few of my pieces are up for bid in the silent auction, with 100% of the proceeds going to Empower Art. I will also be photographing the event so please stop by, say hello, bid on art and support this fantastic organization.
